Vehicle disinfection channel is a fully automatic high-pressure spray epidemic prevention disinfection equipment, specially designed for vehicles entering and leaving specific areas. It forms a full-enclosed spray barrier through multi-directional high-pressure nozzles, realizing 360° dead-angle-free disinfection for vehicle body, tires, chassis and cargo box, blocking the transmission path of bacteria, viruses and harmful organisms. The core of this machine adopts high-pressure plunger pump pressurization, which pressurizes disinfectant/water to 8-10MPa, and atomizes it into ultra-fine fog drops of 50-100μm through special anti-clogging nozzles to form a high-density full-coverage spray curtain. Fog drops fully adhere to the vehicle body to complete all-round disinfection when vehicles pass. The whole host and upright poles are made of stainless steel, with 304 stainless steel water & medicine tank, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Supports ground induction/infrared/license plate recognition automatic start-stop, timing control, automatic liquid proportioning, multi-stage filtration reflux anti-freezing. Multi-angle nozzles on upright poles realize full coverage spraying on side & top, one-way/two-way disinfectable. Equipped with multiple safety protection of water shortage, overload and electric leakage, stable outdoor long-term use.
