This is a 6-wheel heavy-duty electric hydraulic dump tricycle purpose-built by Xinhaoyang for large-tonnage transportation scenarios, an upgraded alternative to traditional diesel tricycles. With overall dimensions of approximately 4800×1700×1700mm, the cargo box is made of reinforced manganese steel with standard dimensions of 3000×1600×600mm, supporting 3-side opening for convenient loading/unloading. It can also be customized with taller/longer boxes to double the single-load capacity.

The power system features a 5000-8000W permanent magnet brushless heavy-duty motor paired with dual-axle 6-wheel drive, delivering stable starting and sufficient power to easily conquer steep slopes and muddy construction sites even when fully loaded, eliminating slip and getting stuck common with single-wheel drive. The battery uses a 72V 150-220Ah lead-acid battery (optional lithium), providing a range of 80-150km to meet a full day of heavy-duty transportation needs. The dual-cylinder hydraulic lift system uses a dedicated 3000W motor with one-touch operation, completing unloading in just 15 seconds with a lifting angle of ≥50° for residue-free discharge, improving transportation efficiency by over 50% compared to ordinary tricycles.
3. Chassis & Safety Features
The frame is made of reinforced square tube with integrated stamping, offering excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance for stable operation in harsh environments such as construction sites, mines, and tunnels, with a service life far exceeding ordinary models. Front dual hydraulic spring shock absorbers and rear multi-leaf spring suspension provide excellent cushioning for smooth rides under heavy loads. The tires use front 4.50-12 and rear 7.00-16 heavy-duty wear-resistant tires with a widened dual rear wheel design for strong grip and anti-slip performance. The brake system includes front and rear drum brakes + power-assisted brakes for safer stopping under heavy loads, reducing transportation risks.
