Low Power Consumption and High Wear Resistance Design:The impeller adopts a backward-inclined blade design with low operating resistance, which can save 15%-30% energy compared with traditional self-aspirated flotation machines. The impeller and stator are made of high wear-resistant materials, with long service life and reduced frequency of wearing parts replacement. Tank Structure and Modular Configuration:The tank body is an integrally welded steel structure, lined with wear-resistant rubber or liners according to working conditions for corrosion and wear resistance. Multiple tanks can be connected in series to form a unit. Combined with XCF slurry suction flotation machines, it can realize gravity flow transportation of pulp without additional pumps, simplifying the process flow.
