The lead screw elevator is a core component of industrial precision lifting, which converts rotational motion into linear motion through worm gears, featuring advantages such as self-locking and high load-bearing capacity.

The core working logic of a lead screw elevator essentially involves converting the rotational motion of a power source into efficient linear lifting or propulsion at the execution end through a screw transmission mechanism. The entire process consists of three key stages: power transmission, torque reduction and amplification, and motion conversion, ensuring both efficiency and precision.

The core working principle of a screw lift is to use the spiral transmission between the screw and the nut to convert the rotational motion of the motor into the linear lifting motion of the nut. This transmission method has the characteristics of good self-locking, strong load-bearing capacity, and smooth operation. Compared with other lifting methods, screw elevators exhibit significant advantages in precision control, load maintenance, and environmental adaptability.

The lifting speed of a screw elevator is equal to the input speed of the worm divided by the reduction ratio of the worm gear, and then multiplied by the pitch of the screw, resulting in a cylindrical gear reducer. Due to its structural reasons, this type of screw lift is generally lubricated with grease. For maintenance and upkeep of screw lifts, some series use lubricating oil lubrication, which has the advantages of longer service life and stable operation compared to grease lubricated series.
