Product Features & Applications

Real-shot yellow used HOWO 6×4 tractor head with Weichai 371HP engine and 6×4 dual rear axles, ideal for port container transport, long-distance freight and mine semi-trailer towing. All tractors are fully renovated and inspected in factory with intact accident-free frames. LHD in stock, RHD and custom body color can be customized, emission standard meets import rules of most overseas countries. (1) Powertrain System
Weichai 371 large-displacement 6-cylinder diesel engine outputs high torque at low RPM, providing sufficient climbing power with full heavy container and mine tank load on mountain slopes and muddy rough roads without overheating or power attenuation. The engine has a simple structure without complex electronic components, ultra-low failure rate for long continuous heavy load operation, globally universal spare parts, maintenance service accessible at local ordinary repair shops.
Matched with 10-forward 2-reverse manual gearbox with gear ratio optimized for heavy load, smooth wear-resistant shifting avoids gear damage during full-load hill start. Equipped with 300-400L large-capacity aluminum fuel tank, one full fill supports ultra-long cross-border transport to reduce refuel stops and improve efficiency.
(2) Chassis & Brake System
6×4 3-axle 10-wheel layout, reinforced HF9 front steering axle + HC16 mine heavy-duty dual rear axles with thickened leaf springs to absorb bumps on gravel and pit roads and protect chassis components. All 12.00R20 mine vacuum tires with deep anti-slip tread prevent sideslip on rainy and muddy roads; all tires, brake pipelines and air tanks are replaced new before delivery.
Dual-circuit air brake with standard ABS anti-lock system suppresses brake heat fade and rollover risk during full-load downhill and high-speed cornering. Independent dual-circuit air supply retains basic braking ability if one circuit fails to eliminate total brake failure risk. The integrated high-strength frame passes flaw detection without cracks or calibration marks, hard to deform under long heavy load to extend service life.
(3) Cabin Configuration
Wide-body double-seat cabin with mechanical shock-absorbing seat to relieve long-drive fatigue; manual air conditioner fits tropical and temperate overseas climate for comfortable riding all year round. Simplified interior without redundant touch screen and multimedia electronic devices reduces circuit short-circuit failure and overseas maintenance difficulty; manual window lifter with simple durable structure.
Metal headlight protective mesh on front blocks mine gravel impact to cut repair loss; wide-angle rearview mirror reduces blind spot during reversing and mountain road passing. Hydraulic power steering enables easy U-turn and low-speed steering under heavy load to avoid arm strain after long-time driving.
(4) Standardized Renovation Process
All tractors are screened from formal domestic long-distance logistics and port fleets, accident and aged vehicles eliminated, full standardized renovation after warehousing:
  1. Engine disassembled to clean carbon & sludge, all oil seals and gaskets replaced new to stop oil & water leakage, no black smoke or abnormal noise after road test;
  2. Full original new brake parts replacement: brake drum, pads, air pipes, air tanks and brake valves;
  3. Chassis flaw detection & leaf spring calibration, balance shaft tightening, rust removal & anti-rust paint spraying, bearings refilled with new grease;
  4. All aging wiring harness & oil pipes replaced, lights, instruments and air valves adjusted item by item to normal status;
  5. Whole vehicle rust removal & polishing, thick paint coating in customer-specified color available, resistant to rain and dust corrosion;
  6. 50km full-load road test before delivery simulating mountain, muddy and highway road conditions to guarantee trouble-free power/brake/steering, complete paper vehicle inspection report attached.
