Product Features & Applications

We provide two grades of universal disc brake pads, premium grade at 35 RMB per piece and economy grade at 17 RMB per piece. The products feature stable friction coefficient, low noise and long service life. They are widely applicable to various vehicles, with reliable quality and favorable wholesale price

  • Inspect wear and grooves of brake discs before replacement. Repair or replace severely worn discs to prevent abnormal loss of new pads.
  • Clean dirt on brake calipers and guide pins during installation, and apply special grease properly to ensure flexible movement.
  • Run in new brake pads at low speed for 50-100 km after installation. Avoid frequent hard braking to achieve full fitting of friction surfaces.
  • Check residual thickness regularly. Replace the whole set timely when reaching the warning thickness; never replace a single pad on one side.
  • Do not mix premium and economy pads on the same axle to prevent vehicle deviation caused by unbalanced braking force.
  • Shorten inspection cycle for vehicles running in mountainous areas or under heavy loads, and troubleshoot abnormal noise and weak braking in time.
