High strength and long service life:The shell is made of seamless carbon steel pipe, and the whole body is lined with high density polyethylene (HDPE). After three electric spark tests, it is guaranteed to be wrapped with 100% plastic layer.
Machining perforated plates at both ends with UPVC with new material thickness:Porous plates at both ends are made of new materials and thick UPVC plates by processing center.
Seal:The seal is made of nylon (PA66) and polyoxymethylene (POM).
Cleaning components:Internal self-cleaning components are all made of 316L.
The self-cleaning rod adopts polishing+grinding process, and the surface smoothness can reach Ra=0.8 in GB1031-1993.
Porous plates at both ends and self-cleaning components ensure the concentricity of height, and the center deviation is controlled within ± 0.1 mm.
Y-shaped sealing ring, stern ring, guide ring and dust-proof ring are respectively installed in the waterproof of mechanical seal from the inside out to achieve the purpose of stable waterproof seal.
- Excellent bactericidal effect:
It has been proved by a lot of practice that the circulating water is disinfected and sterilized in the factory where Penaeus vannamei is cultured. After measuring the number of vibrios and sporozoites in the water before and after the sterilizer, it is found that Huisen ultraviolet can achieve more than 99% disinfection and sterilization effect.
- Scientific design selection:
Ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization is to destroy the genetic material (DNA/RNA) in microorganisms or viruses by using ultraviolet rays with specific wavelengths, thus leading to inactivation and death of microorganisms. The sterilization effect is directly proportional to the dose of ultraviolet radiation. The radiation dose is usually in units of (microwatt seconds)/cm2. The ability of ultraviolet to inactivate and destroy microorganisms varies with the wavelength and the microorganisms to be inactivated. Generally, the most effective wavelength for disinfection is 250 ~ 270 nm, and the ultraviolet wavelength generated by mercury vapor lamp is about 254nm, which can achieve effective disinfection. In addition, the effectiveness of ultraviolet rays depends on many factors, including the intensity of the lamp, the life of the lamp, the cleanliness of the lamp surface, the distance between the lamp and the organism to be inactivated, the type of organism to be inactivated, the duration of irradiation and the cleanliness of water. There are three kinds of common ultraviolet lamps: low-voltage, medium-voltage and high-voltage. Compared with medium-voltage and high-voltage lamps, low-voltage ultraviolet lamps have higher efficiency and can produce ultraviolet radiation with specific wavelength, while medium-voltage and high-voltage lamps have higher power, but
1)Their wavelength spectrum range is wider, and the effective wavelength accounts for less;
2)Short lamp tube, short contact time with water and short ultraviolet irradiation time;
3)The purchase, maintenance and operation costs are higher.
