Product Features & Applications

Three-effect evaporator is an energy-saving evaporation equipment designed based on the multi-effect evaporation principle. It realizes high-efficiency evaporation, concentration and crystallization of solutions through multiple recycling of steam heat energy. With stable operation, low energy consumption and high automation, it is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries to treat high-salt, high-concentration wastewater and material concentration, serving as core equipment for industrial energy-saving evaporation and zero-discharge wastewater treatment.

Three-effect evaporator adopts multi-effect evaporation principle, using the secondary steam generated by the previous effect as the heating source for the next effect to realize cascade utilization of heat. The first effect heats and boils under high pressure, and the generated secondary steam enters the second effect as heat source; the second effect continues evaporation under low pressure, and the steam enters the third effect. The steam is recycled for many times, greatly reducing energy consumption, and finally completing concentration, crystallization or wastewater treatment.
