Double-layer tank structure with outer polyurethane insulation and inner water circulation jacket, which can feed cold/hot water to realize precise temperature control within 0-30℃. Conical bottom design facilitates wine residue discharge, quick-open top manhole for feeding and cleaning. Optional stirring system, liquid level monitor and CIP cleaning system, integrates fermentation, aging and storage functions, suitable for grape wine, blueberry wine, cider and other fruit wine brewing processes.
