1. Power & Heavy-Duty Chassis

This vehicle adopts the mature HOWO 6×4 10-wheel heavy truck chassis, equipped with Sinotruk classic WD615 371HP mechanical pump diesel engine. It outputs strong torque at low RPM to provide sufficient power for climbing and long-distance transport with full 20-ton water load. The mechanically injected engine has a simple structure without complex electronic control components, which enables easy maintenance at remote overseas construction sites, with widely available spare parts and low service costs.

Matched with a 10-speed manual transmission, the high and low gear ranges adapt to mountain roads, rural dirt roads and paved highways. The frame is integrally stamped from double-layer manganese steel with excellent anti-torsion and impact resistance. Equipped with dual 16-ton heavy-duty drive axles and thickened multi-leaf springs, the truck runs steadily with full water tank without tilt or deformation. Standard 12.00R20 deep-tread heavy-duty tires are wear-resistant and puncture-proof for mining and construction unpaved roads. The 300L large fuel tank reduces frequent refueling during long-distance water supply missions.

2. Water Tank & Complete Water Circuit System

The 20 cubic meter tank is integrally welded with thick carbon steel plates. Multiple anti-wave baffles inside buffer water sloshing during driving to greatly improve driving safety. A manhole access port on the tank top supports internal cleaning and maintenance, while a liquid level gauge clearly displays residual water volume.

It is fitted with a high-power self-priming centrifugal pump for fast water intake from rivers and wells. Complete sprinkler functions come as standard: front flushing nozzles for road washing, side sprayers for green belt irrigation, rear wide sprinklers for dust suppression, and a 360° rotatable high-pressure water cannon for long-distance dust reduction and emergency fire fighting. A drain valve at the tank bottom facilitates draining and sediment cleaning. All pipelines are made of corrosion-resistant seamless steel pipes with tight sealing to prevent leakage. 304 stainless steel tank is optional for drinking water transportation.

The wide-body single-row HW76 cab delivers a spacious interior with shock-absorbing seats to ease driver fatigue during long outdoor operations. Split oversized rearview mirrors eliminate blind zones, and combined headlights offer clear vision for night sprinkling and water delivery work. Excellent dustproof and noise isolation sealing fits windy and sandy overseas regions. The intuitive dashboard displays real-time core vehicle data including oil pressure, air pressure, coolant temperature and engine RPM for easy operation. The black roof wind deflector optimizes aerodynamics and cuts fuel consumption at high speed, and the all-white body features high visibility.
