The loader's front driveshaft is a core transmission component connecting the gearbox/transfer case and the front drive axle. It employs a universal joint and spline telescopic structure, primarily functioning to transmit power, delivering the torque output from the engine and gearbox to the front axle to drive the front wheels.

The entire structure consists of a universal joint cross shaft, a telescopic spline shaft, connecting flanges, dust covers, and grease fittings. It can adapt to the loader's body vibrations and angular deviations and length changes caused by frame articulations. Made of high-strength alloy material, it is impact-resistant, torsional-resistant, and wear-resistant, suitable for harsh working conditions such as heavy-duty construction, gravel, and earthmoving.

It features automatic wheelbase compensation, angle self-adaptation, and high transmission efficiency. Routine maintenance only requires periodic grease lubrication of the cross shaft and spline to reduce wear and abnormal noise, ensuring smooth four-wheel drive power output.
