Our forklift helical transmission gear is a core self-developed spare part independently manufactured by Shandong Hengji Group, specially matched for 1.5 ton to 5 ton electric and diesel forklift gearboxes. Unlike most forklift manufacturers that source gears from third-party suppliers, we operate a full closed-loop production workshop for gear processing, covering forging, precision CNC machining, carburizing heat treatment and finished product testing, with 25 exclusive technical patents for gear manufacturing.
We select high-strength alloy steel as raw material and adopt standardized carburizing quenching heat treatment technology. This processing method creates high hardness on the gear tooth surface for outstanding wear resistance, while keeping the gear core tough to withstand instant heavy impact, effectively avoiding tooth breakage, pitting and deformation during long-time high-frequency loading and unloading. Compared with ordinary aftermarket replacement gears on the market, our service life is increased by 30%, greatly cutting customers’ later maintenance and part replacement costs.
The product adopts precision helical tooth design, with strictly controlled tooth profile accuracy through multiple grinding procedures. It delivers smoother power transmission and reduces running noise to below 65dB, minimizing power loss during operation. The integrated spline inner hub structure ensures tight connection with the transmission shaft, eliminating slipping under full-load climbing and heavy cargo handling. It can stably adapt to complex working scenarios including warehouses, logistics ports, mining yards and construction sites.
