Made of high-strength alloy structural steel, it undergoes carburizing quenching and low-temperature tempering, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC 58-62 with excellent core toughness, enabling it to withstand heavy loads and impact loads in harsh working conditions such as mines and infrastructure projects for a long time.
In production, we use imported CNC gear hobbing and grinding equipment, with tooth profile accuracy up to ISO 5 and tooth surface roughness as low as Ra0.8μm.
