The whole assembly integrates cast steel housing, multi-stage planetary gear train, high-torsion spline shaft, wear-resistant copper bushings and sealed hydraulic oil cavity. All internal transmission gears and spline shafts are self-produced in our factory with premium 42CrMo alloy forged steel. The complete manufacturing workflow includes casting housing blank, CNC precision machining, carburizing quenching heat treatment, Class 6 high-precision gear grinding, magnetic particle non-destructive flaw detection, component assembly, hydraulic oil leakage pressure testing and anti-corrosion bright yellow paint finishing. Gear tooth surface hardness reaches HRC 58–62 after heat treatment, with outstanding wear resistance and impact resistance under continuous full-load operation.
As the terminal torque amplification device of the loader walking system, this wheel reducer reduces motor output speed and multiplies driving torque to meet heavy shoveling, climbing and full-load transportation demands.
