The exterior is printed with Russian "ОГНЕОПАСНО (Flammable)" hazard marks, 80km/h speed limit label and complete fire prevention warning signs complying with CIS dangerous goods transport standards. Customization services including tank volume, internal compartment separation, LHD/RHD cab, and full-range emission standards are available. Ideal for cross-border fuel transportation, mining & construction site refueling, long-distance refined oil delivery. This remanufactured SHACMAN F3000 6×4 fuel tank truck is tailor-made for cross-border oil transportation, mining site refueling and long-distance refined fuel distribution, perfectly matching the hazardous goods transport standards of Russia and CIS countries as reflected by the Russian flammable marking "ОГНЕОПАСНО" on the tank surface. Different from ordinary second-hand tank trucks with simple cosmetic repairs, this vehicle undergoes a full standardized remanufacturing workflow before delivery. All aging, worn and vulnerable parts throughout the chassis, braking, hydraulic and electrical systems are fully replaced with brand-new genuine components. The chassis frame is fully straightened, calibrated and reinforced to eliminate deformation and fatigue stress accumulated from previous use, laying a solid foundation for stable heavy-load transportation.
The core tank body is completely newly fabricated via professional precision full welding instead of reusing old refurbished tanks, which fundamentally solves common troubles such as oil seepage, corrosion and thin wall thickness of second-hand containers. Clients can freely adjust the total tank volume and divide multiple independent internal compartments according to business needs, enabling separate storage and transportation of gasoline, diesel and other different oil products simultaneously.
