Product Features & Applications
SHACMAN F3000 6×4 refurbished dump truck. The whole vehicle is refurbished with high standards. The cab, engine, hydraulic system and cargo box are fully inspected and replaced. Good condition, suitable for earthwork transportation in mines and construction sites, ready stock for export.
Full cab refurbishment. New console, steering wheel, radio, seats and bunk installed. All exterior cab parts including front mask, bumper, sun visor, rearview mirrors, front and rear lights are replaced. Air conditioning, dashboard, horn and lighting system are fully functional.
Engine overhaul: piston assembly, gasket kit, connecting rod bearings, cylinder head gasket, all 6 high-pressure fuel pipes and fuel injectors replaced. Clutch master and slave cylinder replaced. Transmission inspected, clutch disc and pressure plate checked. No painting required for engine replacement components.
Fuel tank, fuel level sensor, fuel lines, air filter, fuel filter, air tank and battery fully replaced. Leaf spring rubber mounts inspected, damaged ones replaced. Rear axle inspected. Oil seals, brake pads, brake drums and brake chambers no damage or air leakage. Complete vehicle electrical and pneumatic systems overhauled.
New headlights and bumper, wiper blades replaced. External dimensions of cargo body:5.6×2.5×1.7m. Base thickness 8mm, side thickness 6mm with grid reinforcement pattern. New hydraulic oil tank and hydraulic oil. Cargo body fitted with dual safety latches. Hydraulic cylinders painted, vehicle appearance fully refined. Tire size:12R22.5.
