Product Features & Applications

Self-propelled silage harvester can directly drive into corn fields and grasslands to harvest whole corn plants, sweet sorghum, alfalfa, oat grass and other forage. Built-in automatic cutting system chops straw into 1-3cm sections, suitable for cattle & sheep digestion and fermentation. Chopped forage is automatically blown and loaded into trailers, harvesting & loading simultaneously without manual handling. It can directly produce high-quality silage feed for silage pits, silage bags and silage bales.

1.Field Harvesting
It can directly drive into corn fields and grasslands for operation, harvesting whole corn plants, sweet sorghum, alfalfa, oat grass and other forage crops.
2.Automatic Chopping
The machine is equipped with a professional cutting system, which evenly cuts straw into 1-3cm sections. It has good palatability, easy for cattle and sheep to digest and absorb, and convenient for subsequent silage fermentation and storage.
3.Blowing & Loading
After chopping, forage is directly delivered to following transport trucks and trailers through a high-pressure blowing pipe. It realizes harvesting, cutting and loading at the same time with full automation, no manual handling required.
4.Silage Raw Material Production
Chopped high-quality straw can be directly stored in silage pits or silage bags, or made into silage round bales by baler wrapper machine. After sealed fermentation, it becomes high-nutrition quality silage feed for cattle and sheep.
