Product Features & Applications

RC reverse circulation drilling rig is a new type of high-efficiency, environmentally friendly and multi-functional crawler drilling equipment. It adopts double-wall drill pipe and reverse circulation drilling technology, and realizes clean slag collection through inner pipe discharge and cyclone collector. It is mainly used for geological exploration sampling, core collection, engineering investigation and environmental monitoring sampling. The whole machine is fully hydraulic controlled, stable and reliable, suitable for various formations and hammers, and can operate continuously under high temperature, dusty and harsh field conditions.

RC reverse circulation drilling rig adopts compressed air reverse circulation DTH drilling technology with double-wall drill pipe. Cuttings and slag are discharged from the inner hole of the drill pipe and collected by cyclone collector, which is dust-free and environmentally friendly, especially suitable for high-precision geological exploration sampling. All actions such as mast lifting, compensation, drill pipe handling, rotation feeding, outriggers, winch and walking are completed by hydraulic system, saving labor and improving construction efficiency and quality.
The rig features compact structure, small size and large torque. Rotation speed can be adjusted flexibly according to formation to improve drilling efficiency. The hydraulic system is equipped with an independent radiator for continuous operation in high temperature. The displaceable carriage with compensation cylinder can press the working surface to enhance rigidity and stability. High-efficiency air pre-filter system strongly removes dust, reduces engine wear, extends service life and adapts to harsh conditions such as mines, Gobi and mountains.
