QQ150A air-cooled TIG welding torch is compatible with WS/TIG160, WS200 series argon arc welding machines. Made of high-purity copper wire with low conductive loss and excellent large current resistance. Thickened wear-resistant green canvas outer cover prevents pull and abrasion, the flexible rubber tube stays soft in all seasons without cracking. Integrated torch body with premium ceramic nozzle ensures stable arc striking and low heat buildup during long-hour welding, ideal for household and small industrial stainless steel welding, various cable lengths available.

1.Torch Head Structure

Integrated bakelite torch handle with insulation protection against electric shock; high-temperature resistant pink alumina ceramic nozzle concentrates heat and stabilizes arc, firmly locks tungsten electrode for easy replacement.

2.Cable Performance

Oxygen-free thickened copper core wire meets national standard with outstanding conductivity and low voltage drop during welding. Inner silicone air tube resists high/low temperature & aging, remains flexible under frigid weather. Double-layer stitched green canvas outer jacket is cut-proof & abrasion-resistant, durable for frequent outdoor dragging.

3.Connector Option

Spiral locking tail connector seals tightly to prevent gas leakage and poor conductivity; two connector styles: standard nut plug & panel quick plug, compatible with most mainstream TIG welders in market.
