Product Features & Applications

Brand new 4-axle rear tipper semi trailer, bucket made of wear-resistant T700/Hardox high strength steel, capacity optional 30/35/40/45 cubic meters. Equipped with HYVA front-mounted hydraulic cylinder for stable & fast lifting. Standard 4 axles 13/16Ton FUWA/BPW axles and heavy-duty mechanical suspension, double thick bucket plates. Fitted with automatic chain rain tarpaulin, dual spare tires and side ladder. Widely used in mine, sand, muck, coal and earthwork heavy haulage, custom size, volume and axle available.

1. High Strength Wear-Resistant Bucket Structure

Bucket adopts double-layer welded T700/Hardox wear-proof manganese steel with thickened plates (top 14mm, middle 8mm, bottom 16mm), anti-impact & anti-abrasion, no deformation or penetration under ore & stone load. Integral bending forming with solid welding seams. Chain automatic rain tarpaulin on top, one-button retract to avoid dust and rain leakage during loading/unloading. Split rear dump gate ensures smooth discharging without material jamming.

2. Hydraulic Lifting & Heavy-Duty Running Gear

Adopt large-diameter front-mounted HYVA hydraulic cylinder with powerful lifting force, stable lifting speed and anti-leakage under harsh working conditions. 4-axle heavy-duty design, optional 13/16Ton FUWA/BPW axles and reinforced mechanical leaf spring suspension, durable shock absorption on rough mine roads. 12.00R22.5 heavy-duty tubeless tires with double steel rims for high load and anti-blowout on long haulage.

3. Standard Safety Accessories

28-ton two-speed JOST landing gear for stable parking support. Dual spare tire bracket with two spare tires for easy site maintenance. Side anti-slip ladder for tarpaulin inspection. Complete national standard LED tail lights, reflective strips, side guards and rear anti-collision beam fully comply with road inspection rules. Large underbody tool box reserved for repair tools. Double anti-corrosion paint system with epoxy primer and two top coats, bright yellow finish dirt-resistant.
