The mining refuge chamber is emergency life-saving equipment for underground coal mine disasters. It provides closed independent living space with oxygen supply, toxic gas purification, temperature control and food storage system. It can sustain miners for long-term refuge under gas explosion, roof collapse and fire accidents, widely installed in underground coal mine roadways.
This underground mining refuge chamber adopts double-layer pressure-resistant steel sealed cabin structure, equipped with oxygen supply system, CO/CO2 purification unit, temperature cooling device, water and food storage area, communication system and explosion-proof lighting:
1. Anti-explosion Pressure Resistant Shell: Thickened high-strength steel cabin body, resist impact and shock wave from underground gas explosion and roof rock collapse.
2. Independent Closed Survival System: Self-circulating air purification and oxygen supply equipment, completely isolate external toxic and harmful mine gas.
3. Long Time Emergency Support: Matched with enough drinking water, food, medical kits and power supply, support 12 people safe survival for 96 hours.
4. Constant Temperature Comfort Design: Built-in cooling and heat preservation device, keep internal temperature stable under high underground rock temperature.
5. Real-time Communication Device: Reserved mine communication interface, maintain contact with ground rescue command center during disasters.
6. Standard Underground Layout: Integral split cabin design, convenient underground transportation and rapid fixed installation in mining roadway.
