Product Introduction In underground anchor cable removal operations, traditional methods such as flame cutting and mechanical sawing present significant safety hazards due to sparks, high temperatures, and intense vibrations. They also risk damaging the anchor cables and surrounding rock mass. Developed in collaboration with Yangcheng No. 2 Mine, the underground water‑jet anchor cable removal process utilizes ultra‑high‑pressure abrasive water jet technology for cold cutting. Throughout the entire operation, no sparks, high temperatures, or toxic gases are generated, achieving intrinsic safety at the source. This makes it particularly suitable for complex working conditions such as high‑gas mines. Equipped with a lifting device for the cutting nozzle, the system enables remote‑controlled anchor cable removal, eliminating the need for personnel to work at height.
