Product Features & Applications

The DSJ series retractable belt conveyor is a core continuous conveying equipment specially designed for long-distance and high-capacity raw coal transportation in underground coal mines. It features automatic retraction and belt storage functions, allowing the conveyor length to be quickly adjusted with the advance of the working face, and adapts to the undulating conditions of underground roadways. With explosion-proof, flame-retardant and anti-static properties, it is widely used in bulk material transportation in coal, metallurgy and other industries.

This equipment adopts a modular steel frame structure, mainly composed of the head drive unit, belt storage device, intermediate frame, tail unit and electrical control system:
1. Drive System: Equipped with explosion-proof motors and reducers, providing strong power while meeting explosion-proof requirements for underground gas environments.
2. Belt Storage & Retraction Mechanism: Built-in belt storage bin that can store up to 100 meters of conveyor belt, automatically adjusting the conveyor length as the working face advances without frequent disassembly and assembly.
3. Conveying System: Adopts flame-retardant and anti-static conveyor belt, matched with high-strength idler sets, ensuring large conveying capacity and stable operation, and adapting to changes in roadway slopes.
4. Safety Protection: Equipped with various protection devices such as deviation, slip, smoke and coal pile protection, complying with coal mine safety standards to ensure the safety of underground operations.
5. Easy Maintenance: Modular design facilitates quick disassembly, assembly and maintenance underground, greatly reducing downtime.
