LY-1530P CNC combined plasma & flame cutting machine adopts 6063 high-hardness aluminum frame, 1500×3000mm X/Y effective travel. Equipped with both plasma torch and flame torch plus auto arc voltage height adjustment device. Adopt SJTU CNC control system with high precision. Plasma cuts thin metal while flame cuts carbon steel 6–160mm thick, variable cutting speed, ideal for sheet metal & steel structure production lines.

1. Overall Machine Introduction

LY-1530P mini gantry CNC combined plasma & flame cutting machine adopts integrally machined 6063 high-hardness aluminum alloy frame, light weight and high rigidity without deformation, easy for transportation and installation. The machine is equipped with both plasma torch and flame torch, matched with auto plasma arc voltage height adjuster to follow plate height in real time and prevent torch scratching material. Adopt mature SJTU special CNC system with simple operation, support CAD drawing import and automatic nesting cutting. X/Y effective working area 1500×3000mm, realize high-speed thin plate plasma cutting and thick carbon steel flame cutting, widely used in sheet metal, steel structure, hardware and engineering blanking.

    Linear accuracy ±0.3mm/m, positioning accuracy ±0.2mm/m, smooth cutting edge without sawtooth even at high feed speed, meet precision sheet metal blanking standard.
  5. Wide Adjustable Cutting Speed
    Working speed 20–3200 mm/min, max rapid traverse speed 4000 mm, high speed for thin plate to raise output, low speed for thick plate to guarantee smooth cut surface.
  6. User-friendly SJTU CNC Control System
    Special cutting control system developed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, support U-disk drawing import, auto nesting, break-point resume cutting and layered cutting, easy operation after short training.
