KM5 ultra-high pressure orbital hydraulic motor with 2-hole flange and straight key shaft, displacement range 80–500ml/r. Continuous working pressure 20.5MPa, intermittent peak pressure up to 31MPa. It delivers low speed & high torque with high volumetric efficiency, bidirectional rotation, suitable for high-pressure hydraulic drive of drill rigs, mixer trucks, heavy farm machinery and mine equipment.

Integrated thick cast steel housing with standard 2-hole side flange for flexible installation space. High-precision cycloid distribution pair greatly reduces internal leakage for long stable operation. Side single inlet & outlet ports simplify pipeline layout. Thick solid straight key shaft resists radial impact and torsion failure under heavy load. Multi-layer sealing design withstand high pressure and prevent leakage, reliable in dusty and humid harsh environments.

Smooth low-speed startup without stall across all displacements, max intermittent torque up to 945N·m. Uniform continuous flow 75L/min, max intermittent peak flow 115L/min, perfectly matched with large-flow high-pressure hydraulic pump stations.
