Product Features & Applications

KM4 heavy-duty orbital hydraulic motor with 6-hole flange, displacement 195–800ml/r, max intermittent pressure 20MPa, peak torque 1380N·m. It features low speed & high torque, impact resistance, bidirectional rotation, suitable for heavy hydraulic drive of mixer trucks, mine winches, drill rigs and large agricultural machinery.

1. Structural & Craft Advantages

Integrated thickened cast steel housing with enlarged 6-hole flange base for even load bearing. High-precision cycloid rotor flow distribution pair ensures high volumetric efficiency and low internal leakage. Two side oil ports support forward/reverse rotation by swapping pipelines. Thick solid output shaft withstands heavy radial impact with long wear-resistant service life.

2. Heavy Load Performance Highlights

Full large displacement range from 195 to 800ml/r. Model 195 can bear intermittent pressure up to 20MPa, model 800 reaches peak torque 1380N·m. Smooth low-speed startup without stall, stable operation under long-term heavy load. Continuous flow 75–80LPM and intermittent peak flow 100LPM, perfectly matched with large high-pressure hydraulic pump stations.
