Low-pressure diesel enters the pump body. One set of rotor plungers generates high pressure to supply all four cylinders. Precise Fuel Metering The mechanical governor adjusts the effective stroke according to throttle position and load, controlling fuel delivery per cycle to regulate engine power and fuel consumption. Timed Injection Gear-driven structure delivers fuel accurately at a crankshaft advance angle of approximately 12–18° before top dead center. Cylinder Sequential Fuel Distribution Fuel is distributed by the rotor and supplied to each cylinder in the firing order 1-3-4-2. Speed Regulation & Stabilization Centrifugal mechanical governor maintains stable idling speed. It automatically increases or decreases fuel supply under varying loads to prevent engine runaway and stalling.
