This fully mechanized mining hydraulic support adopts integral high-strength alloy steel welding structure, composed of top beam, shield beam, base, double vertical columns, side guard plate, balance jack and electro-hydraulic control system:
1. Main Supporting System: Large-diameter high-pressure vertical columns with high bearing capacity, stable roof supporting, effectively control mine pressure and prevent roof collapse.
2. Electro-hydraulic Automatic Control System: Intelligent centralized control, realize automatic frame moving, pushing conveyor and sequential action, reduce manual operation underground.
3. Side Protection Mechanism: Movable side guard plate to protect coal wall, avoid coal wall spalling and guarantee mining safety.
4. Explosion-proof & Safe Design: All hydraulic valves, pipelines and control components meet coal mine explosion-proof standard Ex I Mb, flame-retardant and anti-static, adapt gas-rich underground working environment.
5. Adaptable Structure: Adjustable supporting height, fit medium-thick coal seam with 2.0–4.5m mining height, adapt roadway slope within 15 degrees.
