Product Features & Applications

HXPS series protein separator uses Venturi jet technology to efficiently remove dissolved proteins and fine particles. Ozone-compatible and zero-corrosion, suitable for both saltwater and freshwater systems, widely used in industrial aquaculture, aquariums and industrial recirculating water treatment.

The device uses Venturi jets to draw in air or ozone, forming fine bubbles that come into full contact with water in a spiral flow path. Through adsorption, oxidation and coagulation, proteins, organic matter and fine particles are captured and carried out with foam for purification. Made of corrosion-resistant materials with a simple, easy-to-operate design, it delivers stable removal efficiency of 60%-70% without compressed air, making it an efficient and energy-saving key equipment for aquaculture and water treatment.
