The new generation Huisen drum microfilter features a unique BeeCell filter panel for reliable and efficient water filtration and particle removal in the range of 30 to 500μm.   • Unique Structure: The drum adopts a hanging design with four sets of support feet, ensuring more stable operation and longer service life in corrosive environments.
  • Zero Corrosion Design: The frame is made of titanium alloy, and key components such as filter discs, gears, and pressure wheels are made of glass fiber reinforced nylon to minimize corrosion risks.
  • Double-slope Sewage Collection Tank: The double-slope PP sewage tank allows backwash wastewater to flow directly into the pipeline without moving parts, eliminating clogging issues.
  • Intelligent Control System: The drive motor uses frequency conversion control to automatically monitor speed and operating status, with automatic fault protection and remote communication support.
  • High-efficiency Filter Design: The THXBee-Cell filter disc adopts a honeycomb hexagonal support grid, increasing the effective filtration area by more than 10% compared to traditional screens, improving efficiency and reducing space requirements.
