Two diesel engine options of 371HP / 400HP, Euro II / Euro III emission for overseas mining markets, rated load 30 tons, thickened manganese steel cargo box with middle lift cylinder, full export customization including RHD and desert kits available.

  • Cabin Configuration: TX flat roof hydraulic shock absorption cabin with standard heating & cooling air conditioner and sun visor. The shock absorption structure filters vibration from bumpy mine roads, dustproof sealed design for long-term operation in high-temperature dusty mines of Africa and Middle East, wide vision for comfortable driving.
  • Dual Power Options For Overseas Markets: ①WD615 mechanical pump 371HP Euro II engine with cheap and easily available spare parts, low failure rate, mainstream model for African market sales; ②MC11 400HP Euro III engine delivers sufficient power reserve for heavy climbing and long-distance muck transport, suitable for Middle East regions with stricter emission standards.
  • Transmission & Heavy-load Axles: HW19710 10-speed hi-lo manual gearbox provides large low-speed torque without slipping when fully loaded on mine steep slopes. 7-ton front steering axle matched with dual reduction double rear axles with two heavy final ratios 4.8/5.73 for strong grip on muddy and gravel unpaved roads, stable 30-ton rated load capacity.
  • Thickened Manganese Steel Tipper Body: Standard cargo box size 5800×2300×1500mm with 20~23m³ volume, constructed with high-strength manganese steel and double-layer thickened wear-resistant bottom plate. Middle-mounted hydraulic lifting cylinder ensures stable dumping via rear door opening. Optional higher side boards and sealed dust-proof cover to avoid muck spillage during transit.
  • Load-bearing Chassis & Brake System: Full multi-leaf heavy-duty leaf springs with strong bearing capacity, hard to break under long-term full load. 400L large aluminum fuel tank supports long-distance mine shuttle transport. Standard spring brake and exhaust brake, optional ABS for reliable braking safety on slippery downhill roads. 10pcs 12R22.5 steel wire tires resist punctures and wear on mine gravel roads.
