This is Sinotruk HOWO 6×4 concrete mixer truck with optional drum volumes of 8/10/12/14/15/16m³ and Euro 2 to Euro 5 emission standards. Equipped with Weichai & Sinotruk engines (340-400 HP) and HW 10-speed manual gearbox, it delivers efficient power transmission. The mixing drum is made of Q345B high-strength wear-resistant steel with dual spiral blades for uniform mixing, fast discharge and low residue rate. Reinforced frame and leaf spring suspension ensure strong load capacity, while axles with differential lock and reliable braking system adapt to complex roads. Sinotruk HOWO 6×4 concrete mixer truck is a mainstream concrete transport equipment for global construction markets. It wins wide recognition for flexible specifications, powerful powertrain, durable mixing system and solid chassis.
Adopting 6×4 (3 axles, 10 wheels) drive layout, it is fitted with HW76 single-berth cab with 4-point suspension and air conditioner for comfortable riding. Multiple engine options including Weichai WP and Sinotruk WD615 are available with 340/380/400 HP, displacement from 9.726L to 11.596L. Euro 2 to Euro 5 emission standards can be selected to meet local regulations. Matched with HW19710 10-speed synchronized manual gearbox and 430mm dry clutch, the truck features smooth shifting and high transmission efficiency.
The heavy-duty ladder frame (300×80×8mm steel rail) ensures structural rigidity. The 7.5-ton front axle and dual 16-ton rear axles with differential lock deliver strong bearing capacity and anti-slip performance on rough roads. 10-leaf front and 12-leaf rear semi-elliptical leaf springs with shock absorbers and stabilizer bars guarantee stable running. Multiple rear axle ratios (3.7/4.11/4.42) balance speed and torque.
The high-performance mixing drum is made of Q345B wear-resistant steel. Built-in dual spiral continuous blades run at 0-14 rpm, with discharge speed ≥3m³/min and residue rate ≤0.5%, which keeps concrete quality stable. Top-brand hydraulic pump and motor ensure reliable operation during long-hour work.
