Product Features & Applications

Integrated bulk powder tanker based on HOWO 6×4 original chassis, equipped with Roots blower for pneumatic unloading, optional tank volume 25~35CBM with tax-free certification available. Carbon steel or aluminum alloy tank optional for sealed transportation of bulk cement, fly ash, mineral powder and dry mortar, widely used for concrete plant delivery and export to Central Asia & Africa.

  • Chassis: Original HOWO 6×4 complete truck chassis with high-power Weichai diesel engine and Fast gearbox for stable load and strong gradeability, legal for domestic registration.
  • Tank Craft: CNC rolled & integrally welded tank with arc butt-welded end cap and built-in air fluidized bed; round tank reduces powder adhesion, optional Q345 carbon steel or aluminum alloy.
  • Unloading System: On-board Roots blower provides high-pressure air for pneumatic discharge, residual powder inside tank less than 1% to save manual cleaning work.
  • Certification: Available for domestic tax-free approval and TIR modification to meet overseas logistics standard.
  • Cargo Application: Bulk cement, fly ash, limestone powder, ore powder, dry mortar and other dry granular bulk goods.
