Product Features & Applications

Centrifuge is a core equipment that uses centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to achieve efficient solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation. In water treatment, it is mainly used for sludge dewatering, slurry concentration and solid-liquid separation. Among them, the horizontal screw decanter centrifuge can operate continuously for 24 hours with high dewatering efficiency and stable performance. It is widely used in municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, sand washing slurry, river dredging and drilling sludge treatment, serving as key equipment for sludge reduction and harmless treatment.

The motor drives the drum to rotate at high speed. After materials enter the drum, solid particles (sludge, sediment, suspended solids) with higher density settle rapidly and attach to the inner wall of the drum under centrifugal force; liquid (water) with lower density gathers toward the center. The drum and screw conveyor rotate at a differential speed. The screw pushes solids to the cone end for discharge, and clear liquid flows out from the overflow port, realizing continuous, automatic and efficient solid-liquid separation and sludge dewatering.
