The motor drives the drum to rotate at high speed. After materials enter the drum, solid particles (sludge, sediment, suspended solids) with higher density settle rapidly and attach to the inner wall of the drum under centrifugal force; liquid (water) with lower density gathers toward the center. The drum and screw conveyor rotate at a differential speed. The screw pushes solids to the cone end for discharge, and clear liquid flows out from the overflow port, realizing continuous, automatic and efficient solid-liquid separation and sludge dewatering.
