The dryer adopts a horizontal W-shaped closed structure with dual-shaft hollow wedge blades inside. Heating medium (steam/thermal oil/hot water) enters the shell jacket and blades simultaneously to heat materials indirectly through metal walls. After wet sludge enters, the blades rotate at low speed to stir, push and continuously update the heat transfer surface for fast moisture evaporation. The wedge blades have self-cleaning function to prevent wall sticking. The whole machine runs closed with centralized collection of vapor and odor.
