This underground single hydraulic prop adopts double-stage telescopic cylinder structure, composed of outer cylinder, inner cylinder, movable plunger, three-use valve, base and top cap:
1. Hydraulic Lifting System: Adopt integrated three-use valve for fast liquid injection lifting and manual unloading retraction, simple operation without complex control system.
2. High-strength Load Structure: Thickened seamless steel cylinder, large contact base and top cap to disperse pressure, stable supporting capacity up to 250kN, effectively control surrounding rock roof.
3. Mine Safety Design: All internal hydraulic parts meet coal mine explosion-proof standard Ex I Mb; outer wall anti-rust spraying, adapt humid underground gas environment.
4. Matching Combination: Perfectly matched with metal hinged roof beam to form temporary support unit, flexible layout for narrow roadway and thin coal seam working faces.
5. Portable & Low Maintenance: Light single-piece design, easy transportation underground; fewer vulnerable parts, quick on-site replacement to reduce downtime.
