This production line can process mining anchor bolts with diameters of 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm, and lengths from 1m to 3m (customizable).

1. Overall Process Flow

Overhead crane places bundled anchor bolt steel onto the storage rack → Manually roll the steel bars into the inclined waiting area on one side of the storage rack → Automatic discharging from the storage rack → Automatic feeding → Automatic fixed‑length cutting → Straight‑end shearing → Finished product rack.

1. This production line enables automatic shearing of anchor bolts. Various sensors precisely sense the status between processes, and a central control cabinet provides unified control.

2. The equipment has a small footprint, and the coordination between processes is scientifically sound and rational.

3. An inclined waiting area is provided on one side of the storage rack, capable of storing 1–20 bars. After a full bar is transported, the automatic control cycles to discharge the next bar.

4. The shearing machine uses semicircular blades, resulting in a circular, burr‑free cut, which effectively reduces the torque required when tightening the locking nut.

5. The straight‑end shearing process is equipped with multiple fixed‑length devices with preset positions (e.g., 1.6m, 2m, 2.4m, etc.), controlled pneumatically. During normal production, a selector switch can control them without manual mechanical adjustment.

6. After straight‑end shearing, a turning device sends the anchor bolts to the finished product area.
