Product Features & Applications

This external mechanical landing gear is specially designed for semi-trailers, single unit net weight 103KG, compatible with 13-ton American semi-trailer chassis, serving as core load-bearing support for trailer parking and cargo loading/unloading. It is integrally welded with thickened high-strength steel plate, external hand-crank drive design for labor-saving operation. Widened large support base plate provides big ground contact area to prevent slipping and sinking during parking. Precise internal gear transmission ensures stable lifting and load bearing. Whole body adopts electrostatic plastic spraying for anti-rust and anti-corrosion, adapting to muddy construction sites and rainy harsh environments. Matched with hand crank for single-person lifting operation, installed in pairs at both ends of trailer to keep trailer stable when disconnected from tractor.

1. Structure & Craft

Thick square tube column + widened triangular support base, full welding process without cold solder joint, anti-deformation and anti-fracture under heavy load. External hand-crank gearbox with enlarged module gear, low transmission resistance and durable to avoid gear damage. Sandblasting rust removal + high-temperature plastic spraying ensures strong paint adhesion and outdoor anti-rust performance.

2. Load & Lifting Performance

Matches rated load of 13-ton semi-trailer, stable support without shaking during parking. Multi-stage telescopic column with sufficient lifting stroke for various ground heights. Gear self-locking structure auto locks after lifting to avoid accidental slipping.

3. External Base Design

Oversized widened ground plate reinforced by triangular ribs, prevents sinking on soft soil and gravel road. Pin hole reserved on base for matching anti-slip pad to adapt complex sites.

4. Easy Operation

Side external crank interface with extended anti-slip hand crank, operate standing without bending. Left & right legs controlled separately to level trailer body individually.

5. Matching Compatibility

Perfectly matched with 13T 1840 American trailer axle and TYG1390104-0A leaf spring, one-stop supporting parts for American trailer chassis. Universal replacement for flatbed, fence and container skeleton semi-trailers.
