  • Chassis Configuration
    Adopt Dongfeng Kinland DFH1180EX8 Class II cargo chassis with National VI emission standard, equipped with D6.7NS6B230 Cummins 230HP engine for strong power. Optional 4500/4700mm wheelbase, overall dimension 8450-9130×2500×3360mm, total mass 18 tons, heavy-duty 10.00R20 tires for stable driving on narrow urban & community roads. Side guards welded with Q345 steel for driving safety.
  • Tank & Sealing Superstructure
    The waste bin is made of thickened Q345 manganese steel with arc shape to expand capacity and structural strength. Diversion grooves and double lip sealing strips between bin and loader prevent leakage. Two large sewage tanks at rear collect leachate generated during compression for centralized discharge, eliminating liquid dripping and odor pollution. Lock hooks on loader ensure fully sealed transport without waste spillage.
  • Core Hydraulic Compression System
    Equipped with Hefei Changyuan high-pressure dual oil pump, Yangzhou Zhongmei multi-way valve and Boli wear-resistant hydraulic cylinders, matched with compaction valve for dual-side squeezing.
