Conveyor idler bearing housing assembly is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, including bearing housing, labyrinth seals and matched bearings. Compatible with various idler outer diameters and wall thicknesses. With low rotational resistance and excellent dust/water resistance, it greatly extends idler service life, widely used in belt conveyors for mining, ports and cement plants.

This conveyor idler bearing housing assembly consists of cold-rolled steel stamped bearing housing, multi-stage labyrinth seals and matched bearings. Compatible with full series bearings from 6204 to 6312, it fits idler outer diameters from 60-219mm and wall thicknesses from 2.0-5.0mm for various working conditions. The bearing housing features stable structure and impact resistance, while the labyrinth seals effectively prevent dust and water from entering the bearing cavity, significantly reducing bearing wear. Easy to install with low rotational resistance and noise, this kit greatly extends idler service life and reduces maintenance frequency. It is widely used in belt conveyors for bulk material handling in heavy-duty, high-dust environments such as mines, ports, power plants and cement plants.
