This series of shearers is specially designed for mining low/ultra-thin coal seams (seam height: 0.8-1.5m). As the core equipment of fully mechanized coal mining faces, it features a low-profile compact body, high adaptability, and reliable performance, enabling continuous mechanized coal cutting in confined underground spaces.

This shearer operates by traveling along the floor during coal cutting, imposing low requirements on matched transportation and support equipment. Centered on the main unit, it features low costs for general mechanized supporting facilities, high output and production efficiency. It helps cut down manpower demand for miners, improve workplace safety, and boost economic benefits of coal mining enterprises. Equipped with an integrated coal loading mechanism, it cuts coal from the coal wall via spiral drums and conveys the mined coal to the face conveyor with excellent coal loading performance. Fitted with high-power motors and built with high structural strength, it is capable of mining hard thin coal seams containing gangue. It boasts a slim body thickness, ranking the thinnest among domestic shearers of the same power rating in China, and supports the minimum mining height. Centralized control handles and buttons enable simple and convenient operation. Equipped with external spraying devices for outstanding dust suppression effect. The whole machine delivers stable performance with a simple and reliable structure, facilitating easy maintenance. It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized coal mines.
