The CG2-11 Magnetic Pipe Cutting Machine is a semi-automatic flame cutting equipment specially designed for large-diameter steel pipes. It crawls automatically along the outer wall of the pipe via a permanent magnetic base, and realizes circumferential cutting and beveling of steel pipes with oxygen-fuel flame. Widely used in pipeline prefabrication and on-site construction in petroleum, chemical, electric power, shipbuilding and other industries, it features high cutting accuracy, easy operation and strong adaptability, which can significantly improve pipeline construction efficiency and reduce errors and labor intensity of manual cutting.

1. Core Features

Permanent Magnetic Base: Built-in high-strength permanent magnet with adsorption force ≥50kg, which can be stably adsorbed on the outer wall of vertical, horizontal and inclined steel pipes without additional fixing, adapting to different construction scenarios.
Stepless Speed Regulation Crawler: Equipped with an adjustable speed motor, the cutting speed is steplessly adjustable from 50-750mm/min, adapting to different pipe diameters, wall thicknesses and fuel types to ensure stable cutting flame.
Flame Cutting System: Adopts precision brass valve groups, which can independently control the flow of preheating oxygen, cutting oxygen and fuel gas, adapting to various flame cutting processes such as oxygen-acetylene and oxygen-propane, supporting 0-45° beveling.
Portable & Lightweight Design: The whole machine weighs only 21-23.5kg with a compact body, which can be carried and operated by one person, suitable for multi-scenario operations on construction sites and prefabrication plants.
High Precision Cutting: The reset deviation is ≤1mm within 1000mm circumference, the cut surface is smooth with roughness up to Ra6.3-12.5, reducing subsequent grinding processes and improving welding quality.
