2. Tank & Transportation Safety
The tank body is made of high-strength carbon or stainless steel, undergoing strict flaw detection and pressure testing for corrosion and leak resistance. Internal anti-wave baffles reduce liquid sloshing to improve driving stability. It is equipped with dedicated oil pumps, flow meters and unloading systems for efficient self-priming and self-discharging. Optional safety configurations include emergency shut-off valves, flame arrestors and static grounding devices to meet dangerous goods transportation standards.
3. Cabin & Configuration
The spacious HW76 cabin is equipped with a single sleeper, air conditioning, radio and other basic configurations, with optional customizations including heating systems, sand-proof devices and right-hand drive conversion to suit usage habits in Russia and Central Asia. The cabin adopts a four-point suspension design for excellent shock absorption, ensuring comfort during long-distance driving. It also features a complete lighting system for safe night operations.

For the Russian market, we provide full export documents including OTTS certification and dangerous goods transportation qualification certificates, along with Russian-language manuals and label modifications. We offer customizations such as cold preheating systems, explosion-proof modifications and thickened tank bodies according to customer requirements.
