Chassis and Travel System: Adopts Xingtai Zhongwei Zhuote crawler assembly with a ground clearance of ≥220mm, offering excellent terrain adaptability for stable travel on muddy and uneven mine surfaces with high passability.
Milling System: Ningbo Pulida dual-motor driven milling head with a milling width of ≥5 meters and height of ≥4.8 meters, enabling efficient excavation of hard rock and concrete structures with far higher efficiency than manual labor or traditional breakers.
Conveying System: The conveyor trough uses NM400 wear-resistant material paired with Zhuzhou brand scraper chains, which can directly transport milled materials to the designated location, reducing manual handling and improving operational efficiency.
Power and Hydraulic System: Jiangsu Yueliang 45KW motor provides stable power, paired with Jinan Jungong main pump, Jinzhou North multi-valve, and Changzhou Kaiwo cylinders for a stable and reliable hydraulic system suitable for long-duration high-intensity operations. Equipped with a large air cooler from Shandong Weifang to prevent hydraulic oil overheating.
Structure and Durability: Structural parts use Q355B high-strength steel with 45# steel pins for impact and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh mining and tunneling conditions. The machine is equipped with a spray dust removal system to reduce construction dust and improve the working environment.
