This 4-station automatic dried tofu machine is a four-workstation continuous pressing equipment for bean products. The whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, equipped with automatic tofu pouring and pneumatic pressure circulation system. It can automatically pour and replenish tofu curd, with electronically adjustable pressure and pouring speed. Only one worker is needed for mass production. It is suitable for large-scale bean product factories to mass-produce spiced dried tofu, marinated tofu and thin/thick tofu blanks. 6 units in stock, stable output and high automation greatly reduce labor costs.

1. Core Automatic Functions

The whole machine realizes full-process automatic production with automatic tofu curd pouring and feeding, no manual repeated scooping needed. Four independent pneumatic pressing stations with electronic control panel to precisely adjust pressing pressure and feeding speed, freely control the thickness and compactness of dried tofu to meet different taste requirements. Equipped with automatic lifter and track circulation transfer system, the molds can be automatically pushed, lifted and demolded, eliminating heavy manual carrying work.
