3-Ton Loader Boom Lift Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly

Our ZL30 3-ton loader boom hydraulic cylinder is fully self-produced by our professional hydraulic cylinder factory with complete production flow including casting, heat treatment and CNC precision machining. The cylinder barrel is made of high precision seamless steel pipe, processed by inner hole rolling technology to guarantee smooth inner wall and stable sealing performance. The piston rod is made of 45# alloy steel with intermediate frequency quenching and hard chrome plating, which greatly improves wear resistance and corrosion resistance to adapt to harsh construction site dust and muddy working environment.
We adopt world-famous imported oil seal sets, which can effectively prevent oil leakage under frequent high-pressure reciprocating movement, greatly extending the service life of the whole cylinder. Every finished boom cylinder will go through strict high-pressure sealing test before leaving factory to eliminate oil leakage failure.
This 3T loader boom cylinder keeps 1:1 OEM original size, perfectly interchangeable for most mainstream 3-ton wheel loaders like Lonking LG833, SDLG936, XGMA XG932 and Liugong CLG836.
