Product Features & Applications
We customize 30~60CBM dry bulk powder tank semi-trailer, with popular 35CBM tax-exempt model available. Tank body is integrally welded by CNC equipment, optional carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy tank. Equipped with air-fluidized unloading system and double-cylinder air compressor, featuring fast discharge speed & low residual powder. Widely used for bulk cement, fly ash, dry mortar and mineral powder long-distance haulage, tax approval available & customized capacity.
- Tank Craft: Dome head arc butt-weld + cylinder CNC automatic welding ensures excellent pressure resistance & impact resistance. Round tank design effectively reduces powder adhesion inside, tank material optional: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy.
- Unloading System: Bottom airbag fluidized bed makes powder flow smoothly with discharge residue less than 1%. Standard twin-cylinder Roots air compressor provides stable power with low breakdown rate, whole vehicle can apply for tax-free certificate.
- Chassis Configuration: High-strength steel main beam with automatic submerged arc welding, lightweight frame increases effective payload. Standard 3-axle mechanical suspension, optional air suspension and ABS braking system.
- Customization: Tank volume from 30CBM to 60CBM customizable, tank color & customer LOGO printable; available for TIR modification for cross-border transport to Central Asia, Russia & Southeast Asia.
- Cargo Application: Bulk cement, fly ash, mineral powder, dry mortar, limestone powder and other dry granular bulk goods.
