2-ton single-drive four-wheel electric forklift

This vehicle adopts a classic configuration with front-wheel single drive and rear-wheel steering. Compared with dual-drive models, it features a streamlined structure and fewer components, which greatly cuts the overall failure rate and reduces subsequent maintenance costs. Thanks to the large-angle rear-wheel steering design, it boasts a small turning radius, enabling flexible and efficient stacking operations in narrow aisles and delivering outstanding performance for cargo loading and unloading inside compact warehouses. The truck comes standard with a two-stage 3-meter mast and standard forks; customized higher masts, extended forks and side shifters are available per customer requirements. Pneumatic tires or wear-resistant solid tires are optional to suit various floor surfaces such as cement and epoxy.

Two power configurations are available: Standard Edition and High-spec Edition. The Standard Edition is fitted with a domestically manufactured AC drive motor and imported hydraulic control valves, offering excellent cost performance, while the High-spec Edition is fully equipped with imported motors and hydraulic components for smoother power output. A large-capacity lead-acid battery and an automatic intelligent charger are factory-fitted as standard, and lithium batteries can be upgraded to support round-the-clock non-stop operations. Equipped with regenerative braking technology, the truck recycles electric energy during braking and coasting to effectively extend driving range and lower energy consumption.

Complete safety and driving configurations are equipped, including automatic speed reduction during turns, emergency power-off switch and operator presence sensing for multi-layer protection against rollover and improper operation risks. An adjustable steering wheel and shock-absorbing seat improve driving comfort. The unit runs with low noise and zero exhaust emissions, complying with environmental standards for workshop production. Restricted by its single-drive layout, this model is ideal for regular cargo transportation on flat ground. For heavy-load operations on steep slopes, the group’s dual-drive forklift models are available, and abundant optional configurations can fully satisfy customized application demands from diverse customers.
