Machine Overview:

The frame features a well-engineered design using thickened steel plates, making it sturdy and durable. It reduces engine-generated vibrations and extends the machine’s service life.

The extended undercarriage provides a longer and wider ground contact area for the tracks, ensuring stability at both the front and rear of the machine. This makes navigating complex terrain—such as climbing slopes and crossing ditches—safer and smoother. (120-horsepower raised and widened chassis)

The engine options include the 4-cylinder 4102 turbocharged model, as well as engines from Lai Dong, Yunnei, and other manufacturers.

The transmission is a specialized crawler tractor transmission independently developed by our factory, delivering powerful performance and responsive operation. It features 8 forward gears, 2 reverse gears, high and low speed ranges, and a high/low speed range for the rear power take-off (PTO).

The steering system uses hydraulic single-side power cut-off, reducing wear on the brakes (discs and pads) and extending their service life.

The rear suspension (with floating function) is compatible with all wheeled tractor implements.

The vehicle’s hydraulic system uses high-temperature-resistant hydraulic transmission fluid and is equipped with an 80-mesh filter to effectively remove iron filings and impurities from the transmission fluid. A hydraulic oil cooler is installed to reduce transmission oil temperature during operation, preventing damage to the transmission and loss of control.

A radiator with an enlarged coolant tank is installed to effectively reduce the high temperatures generated by the engine during operation. (120-horsepower model features an enlarged coolant tank)

The air filter uses dry filtration to effectively trap large amounts of dust and dirt. (120-horsepower model features an enlarged air filter)

The 120-horsepower model is equipped with a 100A oversized battery for extended runtime.

Each side features a design with 1 drive wheel, 8 track rollers, 4 suspension wheels, 2 idler wheels, and 1 tension wheel. The use of 8 track rollers effectively distributes the machine’s weight across each wheel, thereby reducing the load on individual wheels and making them more durable and wear-resistant.

All sheet metal components are made of thickened steel plate (T6 or higher), ensuring robustness, durability, and resistance to deformation.
The paint finish uses high-quality powder coating, offering excellent adhesion and weather resistance.
The large-capacity diesel tank ensures extended operating time (120-horsepower models feature dual, enlarged-capacity diesel tanks).
High-quality dual-line distributors are used, providing a long service life and quick response.
